The ideal location for a relaxing getaway, our spacious apartment is the perfect retreat for two. Enjoy privacy, gorgeous lake views, nature walks, onsite parking, and independent access off an extensive deck overlooking the lake. Entry is into a spacious lounge with kitchenette, fridge/freezer, dual hobs, dishwasher and microwave. The separate bedroom has a king-sized bed, wardrobe and bedroom furniture and opens out onto a timber deck and lawns. The adjacent bathroom has twin basins, toilet and a fully tiled shower. The whole apartment has underfloor heating for those cooler months. Your accommodation is located on the lower level of our home in Whakamoenga Park, a private gated community 10 km from Taupo CBD and 7 km from the Acacia Bay store and The Bay restaurant. Our guests are welcome to make the most of the communal facilities of gardens, bush walks, tennis courts, and lake access while respecting the natural environment and the privacy of local residents. Having travelled extensively we enjoy meeting fellow travelers. We are resident hosts, and available to advise you on things to do to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. French is also spoken.
